iPhone vs Samsung debate is no lesser than Batman vs Superman or Captain America. So before getting into the serious discussion related to variety, availability, operating system and price range comparison analysis between the two, let’s first listen to below conversation between the two:

Superman: What’s your position on the bat vigilante in Gotham?
Apple: What’s your current position in the smart phone market across the globe?

Batman: Daily Planet, wait, do I own this one, or is that the other guy?
Samsung: Oh dear, seriously, wait, do I really need to owe you an explanation, please look at these stats

Superman: Civil Liberties are being trampled on in your city, good people living in fear.
Apple: Users are now scared to use your products because of explosions and are now living in fear that they have a mini bomb in their hands.

Batman: Don’t believe everything you hear, son.
Samsung: Don’t believe everything you hear, dear. If the users replace charger cable with an unofficial alternative, it can cause damage to phone’s battery.

Superman: I’ve seen it, Mr Wayne, he thinks he’s above the law.
Apple: I’ve seen S7, its 5.1-inch Super AMOLED delivers 2,560 x 1,440 pixels at a notable 577 dpi, and AMOLED’s, S7 thinks it has one of the best displays ever fitted into a smartphone? Is S7 a real cracker?

Batman: The Daily Planet criticizing those who think they’re above the law is a little hypocritical, wouldn’t you say?
Samsung: And you need to see three fingers pointing at you self while criticizing me. Your battery is just 1,715mAh that is shockingly small for a big device like 6S. You have now introduced larger screen sizes copied from our designs

Superman: Most of the world doesn’t share your opinion, Mr Wayne.
Apple: It’s the consumers and market which determine the real success and our marketing slogan is “Bigger than Bigger” and we are undeniably on point.

Batman: Maybe it’s the Gotham City in me, we just have a bad history with freaks dressed like clowns.
Samsung: I guess you are talking about history.

Well, this conversation can never be summed up in a three hours movie but let’s talk in following terms:

Samsung did copied Apple but now after EDGE, EDGE Plus and especially after sleek and classy S7, Samsung has definitely nailed it. The iPhone 7 is a complete refined version of iPhone 6S, water and dust resistance, solid state and pressure sensitive home button and an earpiece speaker cum second stereo speaker to deliver twice the music.

OS and Storage

Samsung OS is Android as always and it’s Marshmallow with TouchWiz on top thus removing the bugs this making it swift and smooth. Apple has designed A10 Fusion for iPhone 7 to make it 40% faster than A9. As far as storage in Apple is concerned. It has finally increased with variety of options including 32GB, 128GB and 256GB.

Samsung has introduced dual pixel sensor whereas Apple went for a bigger sensor to produce superior quality images.

Apple has always been criticized for smaller battery in the iPhone 6S but it has definitely improved battery life in iPhone 7. On the other hand, Android has got improved battery management features like Doze Mode and Always On thus making Samsung an unbeatable player in this area.

Samsung is a win among youth for its innovative designs, large screens, faster processor, more storage and obviously lower price.
On the other hand, Samsung can never beat iPhone cameras no matter how many sensors they use. But as ever, Apple focuses more on technology advances and delivers a superior overall experience and it’s always worth it to pay for an iPhone.
